Arguments

We have been writing arguments. Our shared writing was about rebuilding the damaged swimming pools in ChCh so that children can stay safe. The children chose a topic that they wanted to write about. We had to include statistics that back up our ideas, connectives that link the paragraphs and strong reasons that persuade the reader.
